  1. Another great episode. Thanks for keeping the content coming Jonathan and Shaun. And thanks for going above and beyond Jonathan!

  2. Another great interview! Thanks, guys! Glad to see the podcast rolling along! It is one of my first stops “along the intertubes” every day to see if more “SF crack” is being passed down to us…

  3. Shaun Farrell says

SF crack??? Oh, Fred, you made me laugh way too hard with that one. Maybe I’ve been drinking too much coffee.

  4. I’m in a quandary . . . I am very impressed with the recent interviews, and Jonathan’s efforts. I think he’s done a great job in holding on to the torch and helping it along.

But, the request to acknowledge the effort now diminishes my feedback; feedback I was intending to give anyway once the interviews ran their course. It now seems as if this is nothing more than a response to Shaun’s plea, but in fact it is a great acknowledgment the shows continues on with it’s great tradition of not sucking.

Sure, I miss salacious Sam, and sure there are not many side dishes with the main course, but this is still one of the few podcasts I pounce on as soon as published . . . er . . . posted . . . made available. Whatever, you know what I mean.

This interview was made that much more enjoyable by Ms. Roberts wonderful laugh. And no, I’m not just saying that to butter her up because I’m an aspiring writer. Insomuch as one can know a person by their laughter, Ms. Roberts came across as one of those people one wishes to know better. And no, I’m not hitting on her.

Anyway, I look forward to the rest of Jonathan’s interviews, and I await the salaciousness to make a comeback with lascivious fervor.

  5. Shaun Farrell says

Once again, I am left speechless by Emilio. But I’m glad we still don’t suck!

  6. Janice in GA says

I thought the interview was very interesting and well done. But I have to wonder if Ms. Roberts is serious about the author getting money every time a writer’s work is used. What would that do to libraries or used book sales, or me giving a copy of my books to someone else?

I guess what I’m wondering is, why are ebooks considered different from physical books for these purposes? I personally think that’s just crazy talk. And I say this as a person who does NOT get content that’s not designated as free by the author and/or publisher. IOW, I don’t torrent or get ebooks from other people. And I read a LOT of ebooks.

I just don’t understand why publishers think the content should be different.
